Blake Alexander, M.D. is a board-certified dermatologist with over 20 years of experience. He recently joined Community Health Centers, passionate about making high-quality skin care accessible to all. Dr. Alexander received his medical degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia School of Medicine. He completed a residency in Family Medicine at Southern Illinois University before specializing in Dermatology at West Virginia University.
Franco J. Castrejón, OD, FAAO, received his Doctor of Optometry degree from Western University of Health Sciences. Rotated through the Naval Medical Center San Diego, Marine Corps Recruit San Diego, Marine Corps Air Station Miramar, and the Naval Air Station North Island. Dr. Castrejon is Ortho-K certified and has been practicing in the field of Optometry on the Central Coast for over 10 years. Dr. Castrejon is a Fellow of the American Academy of Optometry. Dr. Castrejon was awarded the `A Tribute to Caring` award for exemplary community service. In his free time he enjoys playing hockey, hiking, going to the beach, and most importantly spending time with his family.
Dr. Felizarta received his medical degree from the University of the Philippines College of Medicine in Manila, Philippines. He completed an internal medicine residency and an infectious disease subspecialty residency at State University of New York Health Science Center at Brooklyn. He is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine as a Diplomate in Internal Medicine and Infectious Disease. He is recognized as an HIV Specialist by the American Academy of HIV Medicine and as a Certified Physician Investigator by the Association of Clinical Research Professionals. Dr. Felizarta is a fellow of the American College of Medicine and Academy of Physicians in Clinical Research. He is also a member of the Infectious Disease Society of America and American Association for the Study of Liver Diseases.
Frank Giardina, M.S., O.D., F.A.A.O., received his Doctor of Optometry degree from Pacific University College of Optometry in 1986. Dr. Giardina has been practicing optometry on the Central Coast for over 10 years.
