Eric Chau, DO earned a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree in 2010 and received his medical education at Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences in Kansas City, Missouri and residency training at Jamaica Hospital Medical Center in Richmond Hill, New York (in the borough of Queens). Queens is the most ethnically diverse urban area in the world, and it claims the highest rate of racial and ethnic variety of all populous counties in the nation. His experience in New York City molded him into the physician he is today, and he remains committed to carrying out his original mission in life of delivering high quality medical care to patients from all walks of life regardless of the complexity of their medical conditions.

Shelby Greenelsh, PA-C is a Physician Assistant-Certified in Primary Care and Immediate Care at CHC. She received her Master of Physician Assistant studies degree from the University of the Pacific in Sacramento, California.

From a young age she had an interest in healthcare. While working for San Luis Ambulance, she quickly developed a passion for medically assisting her community and instantly knew she wanted to serve in a higher capacity, which led her to pursue a career as an advanced practice provider.

Shelby believes that everyone deserves equal healthcare opportunities and services. She is passionate about serving the community she grew up in, in a way that can better their lives. Working for a Community Health Center like CHC embodies her core values as a provider.

Her experience in healthcare includes working for San Luis Ambulance, Sierra Vista Emergency Department, and graduating with a Master of Physician Assistant Studies at the University of the Pacific where she trained in Sacramento, San Luis Obispo, Santa Maria, and Tahoe. She prides herself on being committed to her education and vows to continue furthering her knowledge for the rest of her career.

She treats each of her patients individually with a respectful, holistic approach. She wants to help others improve their health and quality of life and the steps to achieving that look different for everyone.

Her hobbies include hiking, photography and reading. She and her husband have been enjoying adventuring around with their new dog, Basil.

Laura Herzberg, M.D., FAAP, received her Doctor of Medicine Degree from Sackler School of Medicine (New York State program/Tel Aviv University), and graduated medical residency from Children’s Hospital Westchester, Valhalla, New York. Dr. Herzberg is board certified by the American Board of Pediatrics. Dr. Herzberg has been practicing on the Central Coast for more than 15 years.
