Hugo Bravo, is a compassionate healthcare provider that draws inspiration from personal experiences growing up as a first-generation American. Witnessing the many challenges faced by the medically underserved, motivated him to become a change agent in health care. His post-graduate training also includes a primary care fellowship and a PA doctorate degree. With his background as an educator, Hugo is driven by a commitment to high-quality healthcare and also serves as CHC’s Associate Medical Director. 
Hugo’s patients clearly feel his passion for providing comprehensive high-quality healthcare. He emphasizes a team-based approach, valuing patients as integral team members. He strives to provide comprehensive, culturally sensitive care, encouraging patients to participate actively in their health journey.
Beyond healthcare, Hugo enjoys outdoor activities like hiking, camping, and fishing. A sports enthusiast, he enjoys combat sports, soccer, and football. Family time, coupled with his loyal dog “Canelo,” brings balance to his life.

Victor M. Guerrero, M.D. received his doctor of medicine degree from School of Medicine National Autonomous University of Mexico City, Mexico, and graduation from medical residency from LA County/USC Medical Center. Dr. Guerrero has been practicing on the Central Coast for over 23 years.
