Maria Flores-Cooper, M.D., received her Doctor of Medicine degree from Facultad de Medicina Universidad Mayor de San Simon, Bolivia, and graduated medical residency from St. Elizabeth’s Hospital Center in Youngstown, Ohio. Dr. Flores-Cooper is board certified by the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Dr. Flores-Cooper has practiced on the Central Coast for more than 7 years.
