Dr. Felipe Arce, M.D., is a dedicated pediatrician passionate about children’s health. Dr. Bentley earned his Doctorate of Podiatric Medicine from the California School of Podiatric Medicine. He completed his podiatric medicine and surgery residency with added credential in reconstructive, rear foot, and ankle surgery at Columbia Saint Mary's Hospital in Milwaukee, WI. Dr. Bentley will be practicing out of the Santa Maria Way clinic and is accepting patients for all foot and ankle related pathology. He enjoys treating a wide array of problems from common ailments, sports medicine, wound care, as well as elective and non-elective surgery of the foot and ankle. Dr. Bentley indicated he is committed to understanding his patient's health goals with respect to their individual situations. He stated, "I believe the doctor-patient relationship is centered around trust and education. My goal is to work with my patients to find effective treatment plans to get them back to their daily lives, pain free, in a timely manner". His hobbies include hiking, biking, fishing, and playing bass guitar.

Bala Bhat, M.D., received M.B.B.S. (equivalent to MD) from Karnataka University, India and graduated medical residency from San Joaquin General Hospital, Stockton. Dr. Bhat is board certified in Internal Medicine by the American Board of Physician Specialties, and has a Fellowship in Geriatric Medicine. Dr. Bhat has been practicing on the Central Coast for over 20 years.

Dr. Bethany Blacketer joins CHC at Paso Robles Primary Care as a Family Practice Physician. Dr. Blacketer received her medical education at University of California at Davis. She has an extensive background as a Chief Medical Officer and Associate Medical Director. She has worked at Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs) for 15 years. She is originally from Laguna Beach, attended Cal Poly University SLO and has moved to Atascadero with her family.
