Received her Master`s in Nursing-case management at Samuel Merrit University and her Post-Master`s Nurse Practitioner at University of Northern Colorado. She has been working as a Nurse Practitioner since 2011 and at CHC since 2014 Lisa lives in Grover Beach with her four-legged family members. On her days off you can find Lisa at the local nursery or book store or riding around town on her scooter. She also is an avid traveler and hopes international missionary work to her traver adventures

Zane Saghaian, PA-C is a Physician Assistant certified in primary care whose inspiration to enter into healthcare stems from personal experience - at the age of 17, he was involved in a motor vehicle collision. He had major injuries that resulted in surgery and several months of physical therapy. The support Zane received from his healthcare team helped him recover both physically and mentally. Now he wants to help others improve and reach their personal health goals.

Dafna Tendrih, received her Bachelor’s degree in Dental Surgery as well as Post-Graduate in Operative and Aesthetic Dentistry from the University Estacio de Sa, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. In the USA, Dr. Tendrih received her DMD with Honors in Clinical Radiology from the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine in Philadelphia, PA. Dr. Tendrih has also experienced the aspects of practicing dentistry in two different countries outside of the U.S.
