Justin Evans, DDS

A native of Santa Barbara County, Dr. Justin Evans has joined CHC to pursue his passion for providing dental care for all. Since graduating from UW School of Dentistry in 2007, Dr. Evans has focused on providing compassionate family dental care across Central Coast communities. He has worked in both private practice and public health, and finds the greatest professional and personal fulfillment in serving wherever need is greatest.

Dr. Evans believes oral health is integral to everyone’s overall health and confidence. Through preventive care and restorative treatments, he strives to help patients smile brighter in all aspects of their lives. His diverse experience allows him to deliver high-quality care to people from all walks of life. Proficient in Spanish, Dr. Evans excels at connecting with patients to ensure all feel heard and cared for under his care.

Outside dentistry, you’ll find Dr. Evans enjoying family time and exploring the mountains and beaches he’s loved since childhood. We are proud to have Dr. Evans as part of CHC’s mission. His deep local roots and dedicated service are an example of the spirit of our community.

Dr. Teeranun Jirajiriyavej, also known as "Dr. Jira" is an endocrinologist at Nipomo. She was born and raised in Bangkok, Thailand and completed her training from Siriraj Medical School, Mahidol University, a first and leading medical institute accredited with international standards in Thailand. She was awarded with first class honors in her class of 220 medical students. In 2009, she finished her internal medicine residency training from Bassett Medical Center, a Columbia University affiliated hospital in upstate New York. Dr. Jira was offered and accepted her fellowship position in Endocrinology at Los Angeles County, Harbor UCLA Medical Center in California. She is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine. She is also board certified in Endocrine and metabolism medicine.

Dr. Johnson graduated from Cal Poly with a Bachelors of Science in Biology, she attended dental school at Tufts University in Boston,Massachusetts; received Doctorate of Dental Medicine (DMD) with honors at the University of the Pacific, earning a certificate in Advanced General Dentistry. Dr Johnson currently serves as a Clinic Instructor for the Herman Ostrow School of Dentistry at USC, Division of Dental Public Health and Pediatric Dentistry as well as Adjunct Clinical Faculty for A.T. Still University, Arizona School of Dentistry and Oral Health. Clinical instructor: USC, AT Stills, Western Health Sciences

Dr. Kangwanpornsiri returns to CHC as a Nephrologist. He formerly worked at CHC Casa Street in San Luis Obispo in Internal Medicine. The focus of his practice is on kidney disease, difficult to control hypertension, proteinuria. He has a kidney clinic at Nipomo every Wednesday
