
Rafael Alonso, Jr. is a board-certified Physician Assistant who received his physician assistant degree from San Joaquin Valley College in Visalia, California and has been involved in healthcare for 8 years with an emphasis on family medicine.
Rafael said since he was a child he has been interested in how the human body works. He has personally experienced disease and knows how this can affect the entire family. His passion and purpose are fueled by helping a sick patient become healthier after treatment.
He chose to work at a community health clinic to help patients that are humble, appreciative and truly in need of the care we provide.
He is fluent in English and Spanish.
In his spare time he enjoys growing vegetables in the summer and spices/herbs in the fall. He also spends time with his dog Trevor and a cockatiel named Marshmallow.
