Janett Aguilar obtained a Masters of Health Sciences from Duke University Physician Assistant Program in 2014.  She is certified through the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and licensed through the state of California.  Experience in Family Practice, Urgent Care, and Women\'s Health. Bilingual (English and Spanish).

Rafael Alonso, Jr. is a board-certified Physician Assistant who received his physician assistant degree from San Joaquin Valley College in Visalia, California and has been involved in healthcare for 8 years with an emphasis on family medicine.

Rafael said since he was a child he has been interested in how the human body works. He has personally experienced disease and knows how this can affect the entire family. His passion and purpose are fueled by helping a sick patient become healthier after treatment.

He chose to work at a community health clinic to help patients that are humble, appreciative and truly in need of the care we provide.

He is fluent in English and Spanish.

In his spare time he enjoys growing vegetables in the summer and spices/herbs in the fall. He also spends time with his dog Trevor and a cockatiel named Marshmallow.

Emilia Ambrosio, MD received her Doctor of Medicine Degree from the University of Guadalajara and graduated medical residency from the University of California San Fransisco-Fresno Program. Dr. Ambrosio is board certified through the American Academy of Family Practice. Dr. Ambrosio has been working on the Central Coast for over 15 years.

Dr. Bethany Blacketer joins CHC at Paso Robles Primary Care as a Family Practice Physician. Dr. Blacketer received her medical education at University of California at Davis. She has an extensive background as a Chief Medical Officer and Associate Medical Director. She has worked at Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs) for 15 years. She is originally from Laguna Beach, attended Cal Poly University SLO and has moved to Atascadero with her family.
