Janett Aguilar obtained a Masters of Health Sciences degree from Duke University Physician Assistant Program in 2014.  She is certified through the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and licensed through the state of California.  Experience in Family Practice, Urgent Care, and Women\'s Health. Rafael Alonso, Jr. is a board-certified Physician Assistant who received his physician assistant degree from San Joaquin Valley College in Visalia, California and has been involved in healthcare for 8 years with an emphasis on family medicine.

Rafael said since he was a child he has been interested in how the human body works. He has personally experienced disease and knows how this can affect the entire family. His passion and purpose are fueled by helping a sick patient become healthier after treatment.

He chose to work at a community health clinic to help patients that are humble, appreciative and truly in need of the care we provide.

In his spare time he enjoys growing vegetables in the summer and spices/herbs in the fall. He also spends time with his dog Trevor and a cockatiel named Marshmallow.

Dr. Bentley earned his Doctorate of Podiatric Medicine from the California School of Podiatric Medicine. He completed his podiatric medicine and surgery residency with added credential in reconstructive, rear foot, and ankle surgery at Columbia Saint Mary's Hospital in Milwaukee, WI. Dr. Bentley will be practicing out of the Santa Maria Way clinic and is accepting patients for all foot and ankle related pathology. He enjoys treating a wide array of problems from common ailments, sports medicine, wound care, as well as elective and non-elective surgery of the foot and ankle. Dr. Bentley indicated he is committed to understanding his patient's health goals with respect to their individual situations. He stated, "I believe the doctor-patient relationship is centered around trust and education. My goal is to work with my patients to find effective treatment plans to get them back to their daily lives, pain free, in a timely manner". His hobbies include hiking, biking, fishing, and playing bass guitar.

Hugo Bravo, is a compassionate healthcare provider that draws inspiration from personal experiences growing up as a first-generation American. Witnessing the many challenges faced by the medically underserved, motivated him to become a change agent in health care. His post-graduate training also includes a primary care fellowship and a PA doctorate degree. With his background as an educator, Hugo is driven by a commitment to high-quality healthcare and also serves as CHC’s Associate Medical Director. 
Hugo’s patients clearly feel his passion for providing comprehensive high-quality healthcare. He emphasizes a team-based approach, valuing patients as integral team members. He strives to provide comprehensive, culturally sensitive care, encouraging patients to participate actively in their health journey.
Beyond healthcare, Hugo enjoys outdoor activities like hiking, camping, and fishing. A sports enthusiast, he enjoys combat sports, soccer, and football. Family time, coupled with his loyal dog “Canelo,” brings balance to his life.
