CHC to Host Open House Events In Honor of National Health Center Week
In honor of National Health Center Week, we are hosting Open Houses at a handful of our clinics across SLO and Santa Barbara Counties. These are free and open to the public!
Join us for health demonstrations and learn about services like OB/GYN care, chiropractic, diabetes treatment, vision care, and managing conditions like high blood pressure. You’ll also be able to get help signing up for Medi-Cal insurance (if eligible).
CHC’s Open House Health Resource Fairs will take place from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm on these dates at the following CHC clinic locations:

Attendees can learn to take charge of their health and diet with self-care education materials, recipes and resources from CHC’s team of dedicated and passionate clinic staff and our knowledgeable Health Educators. Exercise activities for the whole family will also give participants more control over their well-being.
