Community Health Centers of the Central Coast, Inc., a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, will be hosting a career fair on Saturday, June 5, 2021, from 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM. The event will be held at CHC Headquarters: 2050 S. Blosser Rd. in Santa Maria. Individuals with a true desire for helping others, who strive to offer top-notch customer service and enjoy working in a supportive environment, where caring for people is a priority, should attend.
Applicants will get to meet with hiring managers and learn about the more than 60 employment opportunities now available. Community Health Centers of the Central Coast is currently hiring; Registered Nurses, Medical Assistants, Receptionists, Pharmacy Techs, Behavioral Health Navigators, Dental Assistants, and other positions. All interested candidates are encouraged to attend the career fair and should bring an updated copy of their resume. Community Health Centers of the Central Coast began operation in 1978, in Nipomo, CA, with 7 employees and a part-time volunteer doctor. As of early 2020, we have over 800 employees in 31 state-licensed clinics, located in San Luis Obispo County and Northern Santa Barbara County. CHC’s patient population includes low-income, uninsured community members with special emphasis on special populations such as homeless, school-based, migrant and seasonal farmworkers, and public housing residents.
