Free San Miguel Health & Resource Fair

As a member of the Latino Health Coalition, CHC is proud to be a part of the upcoming LIVING HEALTHY event – a health & resource fair on Wednesday, April 12th from 4:30 – 6:00 PM. This event is free to attend for all ages.
There will be raffle prizes, health screenings, information booths, SLO Food Bank food distribution & more!
CHC will distribute helpful information on local health services/resources, health education materials & a few other items.
