CHC Open House: San Miguel Holiday Parade

The CHC San Miguel clinic will be open to the public during the San Miguel Christmas Lights Parade on Saturday, December 18th – from 3:00 pm until 7:00 pm. This will be the 31st year of this annual holiday tradition and CHC is honored to be part of this local event.
CH will be offering FREE:

- Pfizer COVID-19 vaccines for ages 5 years & older (while supplies last)
- Flu shots
- Toy giveaways
- Snacks for the whole family
