CHC Health & Resource Fair – San Luis Obispo – May 6, 2023

CHC is turning 45 years old! We’re celebrating by hosting a Health and Resource Fair with no-cost healthcare services, information, and education for residents and families in San Luis Obispo and the surrounding areas. 

CHC-Casa, San Luis Obispo will open its doors for this special event on Saturday, May 6th, 10:00 am to 1:00 pm. This event is open to the public, everyone is encouraged to attend and there is no need to be a CHC patient. Various health services will be available for the whole family, including:

Blood Pressure screenings Blood Glucose Screenings Diabetes Screenings/BMI COVID-19 bivalent booster Vaccines Chiropractic Alignment Checks Vision Checks Oral Health Checks Fluoride Varnish Treatments

In addition to healthcare services, attendees can learn to take charge of their health and diet with self-care education materials, recipes and resources from CHC’s team of dedicated and passionate Health Educators. Exercise activities for the whole family will also give participants more control over their well-being.
