National Health Center Week is a time to celebrate community health centers like ours that provide high-quality, affordable healthcare across America. To mark the occasion, our CHC-Guadalupe clinic is hosting an open house event on Saturday, August 12th, from 10 am – 1 pm. We hope you’ll join us for this special community celebration!
Celebrating the Role of Community Health
National Health Center Week celebrates the vital role that CHC plays in supporting community health. Community health centers like CHC care for over 30 million people nationwide, providing essential services to underserved areas and rural residents who need to travel long distances to access health care.
Open House Event Details
Our National Health Center Week open house is open to the public on Saturday, August 12th from 10am-1pm at our CHC Guadalupe location at 24723 W Main Street, Suite H.
Join us for health demonstrations and learn about services like OB/GYN care, chiropractic, diabetes treatment, vision care, and managing conditions like high blood pressure.
You’ll also be able to get help signing up for Medi-Cal insurance (if eligible).

At CHC, we’re proud to carry on the pioneering legacy of community health centers working to build a healthier population on the Central Coast. We invite the entire community to celebrate with us in supporting health and wellness for us all.
