After Hours Care

CHC understands that illness can occur at any time of the day – not just between the hours of 8-5. CHC Patients who need care after regular business hours can call the toll-free number 1-866-614-4636. A Medical Provider is on-call after clinic hours and can help you decide how to treat an illness or help you decide if you need to go to the emergency room. Medication refills and appointment cancellations or changes can only be addressed during regular office hours.
