Design & Construction of Community Health Centers of the Central Coast
Location: Nipomo, California
Design-builder: The Neenan Company of Fort Collins, Colorado
(Architect and Contractor)
Design/Build Timeline: 8 months (February 2012-September 2012)
Cost: $7.5 million

Description: This new 28,000 square foot facility was designed to enhance the existing campus while creating a new standard of care for the community. The building’s construction materials were carefully selected to embody the people and the culture of the Nipomo area, and will give them improved access to care. Patients will benefit from expanded services and points of care through patient-centered design and planning.
