Careers at CHC

As of 2016, CHC has 28 accredited, Joint Commission-certified health centers in 16 cities, spanning over 120 miles of California’s coastal communities. CHC is fortunate to have the stability that comes with more than 38 years of providing Primary Healthcare services, while steadily increasing the number of specialty services offered.

Operating under the patient-centered care team model, CHC provides a supportive infrastructure to improve care, quality and clinical outcomes. Our multi-specialty group practices allow for our providers to refer internally, while reducing physician burn-out by working with a capable team of medical support staff. Your productivity will also benefit from state-of-the-art NextGen EHR and PM systems.

At CHC, we respect the uniqueness of both our patients and our physicians. Working here you’ll have access to colleagues from diverse specialties, with equally diverse cultural backgrounds. The ethnic mix found in our service area–including African American, Asian, Caucasian, Latino, Native American, among others–offers physicians an interesting, diverse patient population.
